Magdalena Kucharska: Where Medicine, Entrepreneurship and Influence Come Together

From building M for Medics to managing Potocki Clinic alongside her fiancé, renowned aesthetic medicine doctor Bohdan Potocki, Magdalena Kucharska is creating a career that connects medical expertise, entrepreneurship, marketing and fashion—with an equally exciting new chapter unfolding in her personal life.

Some careers are built within a single industry. Magdalena Kucharska’s has been shaped by learning how to move between several of them—and discovering that their greatest value often emerges when they intersect.

Medicine, entrepreneurship, marketing and modeling may appear to belong to very different worlds. For Kucharska, however, each has contributed something essential to the way she approaches leadership today.

As the founder of M for Medics and manager of Potocki Clinic, she has positioned herself at an increasingly important intersection: the point where specialized medical knowledge meets business strategy.

Her work at Potocki Clinic has also become deeply connected to her personal life. The clinic is owned by her fiancé, Dr. Bohdan Potocki, a well-known aesthetic medicine doctor. Together, they share not only a life and plans for their upcoming wedding, but also a close understanding of what it takes to build a modern medical business around expertise, trust and reputation.

For Kucharska, that experience has reinforced an idea that would eventually become central to M for Medics: having access to the right medical expert can fundamentally change the quality of a business decision.

A Career Built Across Different Worlds

Kucharska’s professional identity cannot easily be placed into one category.

Her experience in medicine has taught her the importance of evidence, responsibility and the consequences behind healthcare decisions. Entrepreneurship has taught her to recognize problems and create practical solutions. Marketing has shown her how expertise can be positioned and communicated effectively.

Modeling introduced yet another perspective.

As an international model and winner of the Miss Power Woman title, Kucharska learned the importance of discipline, confidence, communication and personal branding.

She also learned the limitations of image.

“Image can open a door—it cannot build a serious business for you,” she says.

That understanding has become increasingly relevant as her career has evolved.

Kucharska believes expertise alone is not enough in a world crowded with information. The ability to communicate that expertise, place it in the right context and ultimately transform it into meaningful action is equally important.

“Expertise alone is not enough,” she explains. “You also need to know how to communicate it, position it, and turn it into impact.”

Building Potocki Clinic—and a Life Together

At Potocki Clinic, Kucharska’s responsibilities extend well beyond conventional management.

She is involved in identifying and recruiting physicians, developing the medical team, and overseeing aspects of the clinic’s marketing, positioning and brand development.

Working closely with her fiancé, Dr. Bohdan Potocki, has given her a firsthand view of the relationship between clinical excellence and business strategy.

Potocki brings the physician’s perspective: years of medical knowledge, patient experience and an understanding of aesthetic medicine in practice. Kucharska brings her strengths in management, talent identification, marketing and strategic communication.

Their professional partnership reflects something larger about the way Kucharska sees healthcare businesses evolving.

Strong medical organizations cannot be built on branding alone. Nor is clinical expertise automatically enough to create a successful and recognizable organization. Medical credibility, talented people, operational strategy, communication and trust have to work together.

For Kucharska, managing the clinic has effectively become a real-world laboratory for understanding those relationships.

At the same time, the couple is preparing for an important milestone outside business: their wedding.

It is a personal chapter that adds another dimension to a partnership already connecting their professional lives.

The Problem That Inspired M for Medics

The experience Kucharska gained inside healthcare eventually exposed her to a broader problem.

Companies operating within healthcare routinely make decisions involving significant capital, risk and long-term consequences. They may be developing a medical product, considering an investment, entering a new market, evaluating technology or redesigning a healthcare service.

Yet the physicians with the most relevant real-world experience may enter those conversations only after critical strategic assumptions have already been made.

Kucharska saw an opportunity to change that.

She founded M for Medics around a straightforward principle: before an organization makes an expensive healthcare decision, it should be able to consult the people who understand its medical consequences.

M for Medics is therefore being developed as what Kucharska describes as medical decision infrastructure.

A company brings a high-stakes question to the organization. M for Medics identifies specialists suited specifically to that problem, facilitates a structured and confidential expert process, and translates the resulting medical judgment into intelligence that business leaders can use.

Rather than simply connecting companies with physicians, Kucharska wants to structure how that expertise enters decision-making.

Turning Medical Knowledge Into Business Intelligence

The challenge is not access to information.

Healthcare executives already operate in an environment saturated with research, reports, datasets and analysis.

The more difficult question is interpretation.

What does the available medical evidence mean for this particular decision?

Which assumptions may be incorrect?

Where are the clinical risks?

How would physicians respond in real-world practice?

And what should executives consider before committing significant resources?

M for Medics approaches those questions by selecting experts according to the specific issue being examined rather than relying exclusively on generic advisory groups. Kucharska says this includes leading physicians and, depending on the assignment, experts affiliated with institutions such as Harvard.

The resulting conversations can then be synthesized into structured outputs such as a Medical Consensus Report, Risk and Assumption Map, or Decision Validation Summary.

“The value is not simply access to impressive names,” Kucharska says. “The real value is turning senior medical judgment into intelligence that executives can actually use.”

That difference is central to her vision.

M for Medics is not intended simply to provide more medical information. Kucharska wants it to help organizations understand which information matters to the decision directly in front of them.

The Unexpected Advantage of Fashion

Kucharska’s modeling career might seem far removed from medical decision-making, but she considers it an important part of her development.

Fashion taught her how quickly people form perceptions and how communication, confidence and positioning can influence whether someone receives an opportunity to be heard.

Business taught her what must happen after that opportunity arrives.

The combination has made her comfortable moving between environments that often communicate very differently—from physicians and healthcare executives to entrepreneurs, marketers, media professionals and fashion industry figures.

That ability matters particularly in healthcare.

Complex medical ideas frequently need to move beyond specialists and reach executives, investors, product teams and other decision-makers without losing their substance along the way.

Kucharska sees communication not as decoration around expertise, but as one of the mechanisms through which expertise becomes useful.

A Bigger Vision for M for Medics

Kucharska’s ambitions extend considerably beyond individual expert consultations.

Her long-term goal is to establish M for Medics as a trusted layer of medical intelligence behind significant healthcare decisions.

She envisions a highly curated global network through which physicians can contribute their knowledge privately, independently and at precisely the stage when their judgment can have the greatest impact.

Over time, repeated expert engagements across different specialties, markets, technologies and products could create another valuable asset: a growing intelligence layer built around recurring insights from clinical practice.

Patterns within those insights could help businesses identify potential risks, unmet needs and emerging opportunities earlier.

In that sense, Kucharska’s vision moves beyond connecting doctors and companies.

She wants to build infrastructure around medical judgment itself.

Building the Future—Personally and Professionally

There is something fitting about the current stage of Magdalena Kucharska’s life.

Professionally, she is building M for Medics while continuing to manage and develop Potocki Clinic. Personally, she and Bohdan Potocki are preparing to begin another chapter together as they plan their wedding.

The two journeys are distinct, but they share a common foundation: partnership.

Her experience alongside Potocki has allowed her to observe closely what happens when deep medical expertise is supported by thoughtful management, positioning and communication. M for Medics takes that insight beyond one clinic and applies it to a much broader healthcare ecosystem.

Ultimately, Kucharska does not see her varied career as a collection of unrelated roles.

She sees a system.

“Medicine brings credibility and knowledge, business turns knowledge into value, marketing gives it a voice, and modeling taught me how powerful that voice can become when it is communicated with confidence,” she says.

Medicine provides the expertise. Entrepreneurship creates the structure. Marketing translates the message. Fashion has taught her how to command attention without allowing attention to become the substance itself.

And now, with M for Medics, Kucharska is bringing those worlds together around an ambitious proposition: that some of the most consequential healthcare decisions could become stronger when medical expertise is not simply consulted at the end, but embedded into the decision-making process from the beginning.

For Magdalena Kucharska, the next chapter is taking shape on two fronts—building a company around the future of medical intelligence while preparing to build a future with the person whose work in medicine has become an important part of her own journey.
