Long before she became a dentist, a Medical Director and a clinic co-founder, Delaram was a little girl growing up as the first daughter in a Kurdish family. She learned responsibility early—a lesson that would stay with her across countries, through her education and into the business she would one day help build.
Born in Urmia, Iran, her journey across borders began when she was just one year old. Her family moved to Armenia, where they lived for a year, before settling in Istanbul, Türkiye, for ten years. In 2010, she moved to Dubai, the city where she would complete her education, begin her career and build her vision for the future.
Her Kurdish heritage and upbringing across different cultures form an important part of her story. Each chapter brought a new setting, while the sense of responsibility she learned in childhood remained a constant.
Finding Her Path in Dentistry
After completing high school in Dubai, Dr. Delaram studied dentistry at Gulf Medical University in Ajman, graduating in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted life around the world.
For a newly graduated dentist, entering the profession during that time was both frightening and difficult. The usual uncertainty of taking those first professional steps was compounded by the challenges of working in healthcare during a pandemic. It was a demanding beginning, but she navigated it successfully, gradually building her confidence and finding her footing as a clinician.
That experience became an important chapter in her journey, strengthening the sense of responsibility she had carried since childhood and teaching her to move forward even when circumstances felt uncertain.
Dentistry brought together the qualities that appealed to her most: clinical precision, creativity and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Cosmetic dentistry offered a particular connection between these interests, allowing her to consider both the health of a smile and how it complements the person behind it.
For Dr. Delaram, a smile is personal. It carries character, shapes expression and can influence how comfortable someone feels in everyday life.

The Person Behind the Smile
A beautiful smile cannot be designed in isolation. Facial proportions, expression, personality and the patient’s own wishes all have a place in the process.
Dr. Delaram’s approach centres on this individual understanding. Whether a patient is considering veneers or a broader smile transformation, the starting point is a conversation: what they would like to change, what they want to preserve and what they expect from treatment.
That conversation gives the clinical work its direction. It also reflects a principle that extends beyond dentistry: patients deserve to feel heard before decisions are made about their care.
Building Elora
Co-founding Elora Aesthetic Polyclinic with her business partner, Dr. Ghazale Ebrahimi, brought a new dimension to Dr. Delaram’s career. Alongside treating patients, she took on the responsibility of helping shape a clinic, a team and a shared vision.
Elora brings together dentistry, dermatology and skin treatments, plastic surgery, hair transplantation, blood testing, IV therapy, slimming and body contouring, microblading, and beauty therapy. The clinic also offers laser treatments for the face and body, including laser hair removal. This multidisciplinary setting allows patients to access a wide range of medical and aesthetic services within one clinic.
As Medical Director, Dr. Delaram’s responsibilities reach beyond her own treatment room. Her role requires attention to how care is organised, how teams communicate and how the patient experience develops from the first enquiry through to follow-up.

Building a business has also deepened her appreciation for partnership. Discussing ideas with someone who shares the same goals can bring a different perspective and lead to more considered decisions. For her, a strong partnership creates room to question, learn and move forward together.
A Vision That Continues to Grow
Dr. Delaram’s long-term goal is to expand Elora within the UAE and internationally, while developing the foundations needed to support that growth.
One future ambition is a day surgery centre equipped with a full operating theatre for aesthetic surgery and advanced dental surgical care. It represents the next chapter in her vision of bringing complementary disciplines together within a carefully developed clinical environment.
From the first daughter in a Kurdish family to a dentist, Medical Director and entrepreneur in Dubai, her journey has crossed borders and grown through increasing responsibility.
Today, that responsibility is present in every part of her work: the patient who places their trust in her, the team she helps lead and the future she is building with her partner. The little girl whose journey began across countries is now creating a place of her own—one with ambitions that reach beyond borders.
