The Monaco Town Hall has announced a call for applications to operate the commercial premises previously occupied by the Habitat brand in the Espace Saint-Charles at 7 Avenue St. Charles, Monaco.
The available space consists of a sizeable 497.5 m² commercial area on the second level and a 74.1 m² storage room on level -1.5 of the building. The premises are open to a variety of commercial uses, excluding catering activities.
Espace Saint-Charles is already home to the Principality’s Nike store and the Saint-Charles swimming pool, operated by the Monaco Town Hall. The building also sees a great deal of pedestrian traffic, as the escalators within connect the busy Avenue St. Charles with the bustling markets of Monaco and Beausoleil above.
