Yannick Alléno’s latest venture, L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, was officially inaugurated at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo on Tuesday, July 9. The event was held in the presence of HSH Prince Albert, Louis Ducruet, President of the National Council Thomas Brezzo, Stéphane Valeri, President-Delegate of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, Louis Starck, General Director of the Hôtel Hermitage, and renowned chefs Alléno and Yasunari Okazaki. This exclusive event saw around twenty prominent personalities from the Principality gather to celebrate this new addition to Monaco’s gastronomic scene.
Following his successful launch of Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, Alléno, in collaboration with Japanese Sushi Master Yasunari Okazaki, introduces L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, dedicated to the exquisite art of sushi.
The inauguration took place in an ultra-intimate setting within the Hôtel Hermitage. After the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, the 25 VIP guests were treated to an exclusive ‘Omakase’ menu, meticulously crafted by chefs Alléno and Okazaki. The menu, which translates to “leave it to you,” offered a three-stage culinary journey.
