BusinessMonaco’s Graduate Integration Commission (CID), chaired by Christophe Robino, Government Advisor-Minister of Social Affairs and Health, convened on Tuesday, July 9, to review its 2023 activities and present its annual report.
Under the leadership of Héloïse Boin, the CID reported significant achievements in 2023, assisting 290 young people with professional integration, internships, and information requests. Out of 72 professional integration meetings, 62 graduates secured fixed-term or permanent contracts, marking an impressive 86 percent success rate. This success is largely due to the commission’s strategic partnerships with local businesses and various Monegasque entities, including the Youth Employment Unit and the Monaco Economic Board.
In 2023, the CID established 21 new partnerships, bringing the total number of partnerships to 263 since 2010.
In the first half of 2024, the CID continued its impactful work, assisting 95 young people. Of these, 16 secured jobs and 14 internships resulted in agreements. Additionally, the CID hosted 27 events, including school orientation sessions and the ‘Monaco pour l’emploi’ forum.
Looking ahead, the CID plans to further its engagement by participating in next year’s ‘Monaco pour l’emploi’ forum, introducing a new youth-dedicated space. The commission also aims to celebrate its 15th anniversary by highlighting its achievements and the careers of the graduates it has supported since its inception.
The commitment of the CID to fostering youth employment and professional development remains unwavering, and its plans for 2024 are poised to build on its already impressive track record of success.
